Conditions:
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of service charge, VAT and daily American Breakfast.
- Check-in time is 14.00, Check-out time is 12.00 noon
- An extra bed is provided free of charge for children under 12 years old, sharing accommodation with parents.
- Breakfast for the child is charged at Baht 150.- net per day
- Non-smoking rooms are available.
- All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation and Policy
- 23 Dec. 2011 to 1 Jan. 2012: Notification of cancellation must be received at 7 days before arrival.
- 2 Jan. 2012 to 31 Oct. 2012: Notification of cancellation must be received at 3 days before arrival.
- Cancellation after a period mentioned above & No-show, charge at 1 night from every booked room(s)
